Romantic wedding dress from the 1950s.

White organza with guipure lace around the neck line and on the short sleeves.

Beautifully cut fitted bodice trimmed with a waist bow.

Very full skirt with soft pleats cut to paniers, Tulle under the paniers. the underskirt also trimmed with lace.

Fastens with 28 bridal buttons and loops.

tag reads 'The May Company Toronto' a local department store, alas long gone.

fully lined with a petticoat and lots of tulle.

Over 50 years old it is in fair vintage condition, there is a small tear near the back hem (possibly a heel), some marks around the bottom best skirt and a few loose threads.
I believe a good cleaner could make it like new.

Please note it is a bit small for my mannequin.
