Like new condition, but after factory resetting it, it doesn't turn on. This result happened to both my laptops of this model. Should be sold to someone who needs parts or to someone who can fix and then use this like new, but currently non-functioning laptop. I believe it was this one that had a line on the left side when functional. It may reappear once laptop is functional again. Model is NP930MBE-K01US.
