Disney Dress Shop Chip Dress from Beauty and the Beast. Size XL, BNWT, only tried on. Comes with extra button. There were 5 or 6 very tiny pin prick sized "spots" a few inches from the top of Chip. I believe I have worked the fabric to close them up- much the same as kneading a sweater to fix a pulled string. These spots are no longer visible and I believe they are gone. I will absolutely take reasonable best offers on this. I just want to make my money back on this since I can't wear it.
