Plant identification is not always exact. We do our best to identify the plants we sell. Please do due diligence and research if exact id is important. Since plant id is not always exact, no refunds will offered for incorrectly id'ed plants.

Plants will be shipped bare root, no pot. They will be carefully packaged to prevent harm or damage to the plants.

In some cases, plant will be cleaned up. Damaged parts removed, trimmed sligthly to fit box (leaves, etc) before shipment. The trimming is often needed in order to ensure plant continues to grow healthy.

In some cases leaves may split or fall off plants during shipping.
This is normal and plants will usually recover.
If there is severe damage during shipping, please contact USPS and file a claim

Minor imperfections may exist as they do in nature.
Please do not buy, if you expect perfectly flawless plants.
