Located in the busy city of Athlone, Central Ireland, lies a pub that is over 1000 years old.
Serving patrons since 900 AD, Sean's Bar is officially recognized as the World's Oldest Pub in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Sawdust covers the floor, and parts of the original pub's walls and artifacts are showcased behind glass. A warm turf fireplace, traditional music, and the perfect pint of Guinness. A wonderful reminder of your travels to the oldest pub in the world - Sláinte!
