Description:

This Beautiful 19th Cent French passementerie hand made creel embroidered vest has beautiful “mini” crewel-like stitches forming scrolls and flowers, and flowing leaf motifs. There is a lovely scalloped crewel and embroidered edge, along the back of the vest. Wonderful for collectors or to use once again in sewing projects! See photos for reference

Condition:

There is a lot of damage to this wonderful vest - best too many rips and holes to mention, but still a rare beautiful early embroidery!
