This garment is able to be washed and hung dry safely, and I would consider it well-made. There is not a lining. Design on the front is cricut iron on vinyl, needs to be maintained as such. Steaming only, no ironing. This is meant to be worn with the petticoat I am including. INCLUDES - Horns Headband - Dress (WITH TWO POCKETS) - Plush purse (actual purse with zipper) - Dual layered Petticoat (twice the thickness, very poofy) - Suede Tie-Up Boots. (Comes in as-is condition, I usually touch these up with a coat of paint after a convention and wipe down with a cloth.) - Custom printed leggings, XL size. - Extra vinyl patch.
