Tungsten rings are comfort fit bands. Comfort fit bands tend to fit between a quarter to a half size larger than a regular fit band (For example, if you are a size 8 in a regular fit band, then a size 7.5 in a comfort fit band would most likely be a better fit). What we recommend is to visit a jewellery store and try on some tungsten rings to determine your size.
