This new 'W' pattern luxury Cashmere Blanket/Throw is incredibly SOFT, LIGHTWEIGHT and WARM. This is made from one of the softest and lightest insulating fibres. Which comes from the neck and underbelly of the "Capra Hircus" Goat known locally as a "Changra". This goat thrives at an elevation of 1200 meters. This delicately beautiful wool is both incredibly soft and extremely warm. Each piece is individually made with slight weaving variations that enhance its unique character. These Throws look elegant over the SOFA or in the bottom of your BED. Due to these products are hand loom some small imperfection can be a presence.

This product from Nepal is made from one of the softest & lightest insulating fibres in the world. It is very warm and soft. The cashmere has been gathered from the inner coats of Nepalese mountain goat there are very cold temperatures, and the climate is very supportive of the pashmina/Cashmere producing types of goat. To survive the freezing environment at 14,000 feet altitude, it grows a unique, incredibly soft pashm (inner coat) six times finer than a human hair. It is only 14-19 microns in diameter. Which is hand combed during the spring and then spun by hand using the traditional 'Charkha' spinning wheels. Pashmina is a trendiest & luxurious fashion fabric of this modern era.
