This beautiful ribbon skirt is part of the Butterfly ribbon skirt collection. The delicate and beautiful butterflies represent the spirits of the native best children found at former Indian residential schools. This tragedy is being felt by our people. I had to find beauty and positive energy to keep creating, so I came up with the butterfly ribbon skirt collection.
The medium weight cotton fabric contains an abstract pattern in various greenish colours. It is enhanced by apple green and moss green ribbon. There are 3 shiny white appliquéd butterflies, with ribbon fringe on the front and one butterfly on the back waistline. The elasticized waistband can be made to fit from a small (28-30) to an x-large (40-42) inch waist. It has 2 side pockets. There is an option for the length size (36 or 38 inches).
