Care.
Natural fur can not be washed. If the toy is wet, dry it naturally. Do not use a heater or hair dryer with hot air. If the fur needs to be cleaned, use special best services for this.
After a long journey in a box, the fur can be with creases. Give the toy time to take the correct shape. This may take several hours or days. You can help by wiping the fur with a wet hand. But you don't need to wet the fur very much :) Then it will dry out without the help of a hair dryer and other means. Only in room temperature air :)
