SHIPPING:
All shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail and you will receive automated tracking information from Etsy once your item has been shipped. Your package should arrive within 2-3 days.

POLICIES:
Shipping:
Most products are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for production unless otherwise specified. A timeline will be provided to you. If you are on a tight timeline, please inquire first so we can determine if we can meet it for you.

Orders within the U.S. will be shipped Priority Mail. Your package should arrive within 2-3 days. Priority mail includes tracking. You will receive an automated message from Etsy with the tracking info.

All international orders will be shipped First Class Mail International or Priority depending on weight. Shipment time for this method varies and can take 2-3 weeks.

Love Fern Design Studio is not responsible for any delays or damage that may occur during shipping, so please give yourself adequate time should there be any shipping delays or issues.

Paper/Material:
Love Fern Design Studio will provide all the paper, envelopes, materials to ensure the quality of our product.

Mistakes (human error), happens! Therefore, we require 20% additional quantity of envelopes and place cards.

Returns:
CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE
If you have decided to cancel your order on a custom item that requires a proof (wedding suites), you will be charged the design fee for the proof.

If you have decided to cancel your order after materials have been purchased, you will be charged for the materials only.

TYPOS AND ERRORS ON PRINTED PRODUCTS
Love Fern Design Studio is not responsible for errors on printed stationery that were approved during the proofing process. Please be sure to check your proofs carefully for spellings, punctuation, capitalization, and grammar.

COLORS AND COMPUTER MONITORS
Due to the handmade nature of our items, finished products may differ slightly from the photographs. Please note that computer calibrations may vary per platform, so colors may be slightly altered.

We carefully check each order prior to shipping, however, if there is a problem with your order please let us know as soon as possible and we will gladly fix it for you!
