Early 20th Century best German Enamelware Breadbox

There are so many things to love about this antique piece. The chickenwire design of the enamelware with the lines in an antique blue is classic, and the translated saying "Give us this day our daily bread!" make is perfect for the farmhouse kitchen counter.

There is clear wear to the best piece, but nothing beyond what would be expected for a piece this old. I suspect the handle, hasp and hinge have been replace sometime over the life of the piece but the replacements certainly have their own age and patina.
