Samsung is the worst. This phone developed a hinge crack. Causing a black line across the screen that spread and making the top screen unresponsive. Phone wasn't dropped or anything. It's 1000% a defect caused by it being a folding phone(Google it). It's still under warranty until March. Samsung is responsible for fixing but they're giving me a hard time. Feel free to try Samsung yourself or use the phone for parts best. Besides that, phone is beautiful. No cracks, scratches. Always had case and screen protector Phone was used with TMobile but is paid off.
