Antique Pair of French Iron Female Bust Bookends / best Figurines

These rare figurines or bookends depict 2 women, possibly queens.
They can be used for decoration, as bookends, as letter holder and even as doorstopper.

Possibly originally designed as part of andirons (or firedogs).
Made of cast iron in France (or Belgium) around the late 19th Century.
Signed with "JM" and marked with number ""3342" best on the back.

Dimensions approx height 19 cm (7.5"), width 9 cm (3.6"), depth 9 cm (3.6").
Weight approx 3415 gram (7.5 lbs) per bookend !!

In very good vintage and original condition. Some age wear.
