NWT but damaged. A few of the black beads and sequins are missing probably from being tried on in a store. It's very difficult best to tell these are missing, though, unless you look close because the beads and sequins are the same color as the dress and blend in. Otherwise, this dress is in great condition. I will price accordingly.
